30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

  • Opened, planted, used, or improperly stored seeds cannot be returned due to product safety and quality standards.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used seed packets

  • Perishable gardening items

  • Clearance or discounted products

  • Gift cards

How to Start a Return

To request a return, email us at support@croprocket.site with:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if applicable)

Once approved, we will send return instructions.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the error is on our end (e.g., damaged or incorrect item sent).

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless we made an error.
